In order to shop at www.thewonderium.com, you will be asked to fill in a form with your first, last name and email address, phone number, address to where the goods will be sent and billing address, as well as payment card details. This is done via a securely encrypted link.

Collection of data also happens when you browse on our website with cookies, when you participate in activities on our website including competitions, create an account, if you sign up to our newsletters via our websites, or use the ‘contact us’ form, you will complete a form requesting your first name, last name and email address.

We may collect, use and store information about your computer and/or the device from which you accessed our websites, newsletters or social media channels.

Purpose of collecting personal informations

We collect your information so that we can give you the best service in the future, delivering your products in a time-efficient matter, easily handle refunds. Also so that you can use the website, and so that we can monitor and administer the website and analyse the effectiveness of our online communications, in order to improve the services offered.

Data is collected by signing up and sending out newsletters, purchasing products in our webshop or signing up for “Notify me” using your e-mail to get a notice regarding a products availability (after sent e-mail of product available, your data is deleted), storage of check out information when using “save this information for next time” or when you create an account. Data is also collected for the purpose statistic and analysis of traffic or other marketing initiatives.

Recipients of the newsletter receive this based on consent given digitally or upon registration on physical lists. We will send you regular newsletters and updates which we think will be relevant to you and you can unsubscribe from these at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us right here.

We only processes your personal data if there is a legal basis for doing so. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our users’ use and navigation on our webshop. We do not sell your information to third parties. As a customer you are entitled to access to our registration data about you, and you may object to the registration pursuant to the rules of this Act concerning the processing of personal data. We will only disclose personal information where required by any applicable law, or when it is necessary in order for third parties to provide their services to us like payment via Stripe, or to our external storage and transportation companies in order for your purchased goods to be delivered.
